Engineer tracking
Three switches, all of them on
Shows where a van is during a job. It records only when the firm has the add-on, the engineer has agreed to it themselves, and they’re on shift. Withdraw consent and it stops at once, with the record of that consent kept.
How it works
- 1
Switch on the add-on
It’s off until you ask for it, and appears on your next invoice.
- 2
Each engineer agrees
Consent is given by the engineer on their own account. Nobody can agree for them.
- 3
Only on shift
While they have a job in progress, their position is recorded about every two minutes.
The details
Withdraw any time
Withdrawing consent stops recording straight away.
Who has agreed
The settings page lists every engineer and whether they’ve agreed.
History is short
Location history is deleted after 30 days.
