Who writes these guides
The guides on this site are written by Max Tuleberg, Founder of Vento Group Solutions Ltd. He worked on the tools before building the software, which is the reason the product starts at the survey rather than at the invoice.
That is the whole claim. We don't publish a certification we can't evidence, and these guides are general information for the trade rather than legal or regulatory advice. Where a guide states a rule — an F-Gas category, a leak-check interval, a grant figure — it names the source it came from and the date it was checked, so you can verify it yourself before acting on it. Regulations change, and a guide that doesn't tell you where its facts came from isn't worth much on a compliance question.
How the figures stay right
Where a guide quotes something the product also calculates — Boiler Upgrade Scheme grants, F-Gas leak-check intervals, our own pricing — the page reads the same values the software uses rather than repeating them by hand. A guide that contradicts the tool it is published alongside is worse than no guide, so the two are wired to the same source.
