QR asset labels

Print the QR, stick it on the unit

Print asset labels onto standard Avery sheets, positioned to the millimetre so they line up with the die-cut. Scanning one opens that unit’s page, and your engineers sign in to see its service record.

How it works

  1. 1

    Print a sheet

Blank labels on standard Avery sheets. Nothing to decide at the printer.

  2. 2

    Scan a new label

On site, scan it and say what the machine is and where it is.

  3. 3

    Capture what you can

Make, model and serial. Anything missing is flagged for the office.

The details

Bound for good

Once scanned, the label points at that unit.

A history that stays

Entries are append-only and can’t be edited or removed.

Office review

Records captured on site and left incomplete are marked for someone to finish.

What it won’t do. Three Avery stocks: L7651 (65 a sheet), L7160 (21) and L7163 (14).
